Health and wellness is a huge part of my life. Moving and fueling my body to help me feel and do my best is key in my day to day life. It helps me show up better as an individual and helps me share that with others around me. What is something you’ve done for yourself today?
Sober living
Being sober for 16 years has given me great courage and outlook on the life I want to live! Being a sober, single parent has allowed to me to show up for my son and for myself in ways I didn’t think was possible. Continuing to do the self work to be successful and provide for my family is what I work towards every day!
Levelling up
Mindset is everything. The way you think about yourself, the way you talk to yourself and the habits you practice daily is how you create the big results your looking for in your life.
